Milton Friedman Birthday Celebration

Milton Friedman was a champion of free markets and limited government intervention; a great voice for all the principles Americans for Prosperity stands for.  We'll be celebrating his birthday on July 31st, remembering the influence he had on moving the United States to being the economic engine it is.

This year, we'll be focusing on schools of choice, which Friedman was a great supporter of.  These schools enter accountability and responsibility into the equation for teachers as well as students where public teacher's unions have made such policies impossible.

We'll be exploring the possibilities of bringing more students a better education through these schools in hopes of turning the tide of Michigan's brain drain.  We hope to see you there, involved in bringing about change we can count on.
